OKAY SO TONIGHT I WAS A BIT AGITATED FROM WORK. SO I LET MY HAIR DOWN AND MADE US A DRINK..

IT WAS SO GOOD,MMMMM SUPER YUMMMMMMY DELICIOUS, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, IT LEFT ME SQUEEZING MY THIGHS TOGETHER, TRYING TO CALM THE URGE DOWN,,, I GOT REALLY HAPPY GO LUCKY FAST, THE SAD THING IS I HAD TO WAIT FOR MY NOT SO SEXY FRIEND TO LEAVE TO GO PLAY WITH MY SELF IN MY BED,, OHHHH YEAAHH DADDIE.. THE LITTLE BOTTLES NOT SURE WHAT THEY ARE CALLED MAYBE A PINT NEXT STEP UP FROM A PINT, I DONT KNOW I DONT REALLY DRINK THAT OFETN LOL... BUT WHAT EVER

I DON'T LIKE TO GET DRUNK WHERE U GET SICK AND ULTIMATELY HUGGIN THE BOWL... Okay this is all for the greater good of our sex lives.

Well what I have learned and want to pass on to you'll is that its important that if you chose to follow a calorie based guide line that you educate yourself as much as you can. I can try to motivate you & lead you to the right direction but you have to do the rest.

Currently for me I am concerned that I stay at my 1800 calorie plan and I try to be as natural as possible over processed foods, for its what's in those natural foods like veggies and fruits that has nutrients and antioxidants that help fight cancer causing diseases. Why not, I mean what do you have to lose? Just your life with guarantee with an earlier out, that's all. I have an inside joke. Since some of my friends clown on me because I really do try to commit to excellence & they will offer some of what ever they are eating to me.

The other day walked up to my friend and she said you want some Long Johns. I love Sea Food but not like that. I am just no that's like a heart attack on a plate. Fried fish and chicken, fried hush puppies, French fries, and then coleslaw. Thank God they don't fry that too. So I easily I passed her offer. So she tells me your so anal, said I know. So no go ahead with your heart clogging meal she is like I will I said I know, lol. So me being funny, She's laughing her ass off I am like go a head "Eat it, Eat it!!" So you now anytime I am out and about with my friends and they are jamming crap like that down their throat. I am going to tell you in a jokingly way "Eat it, Eat it!"

Okay 3500 calories is equivalent to 1lb of body fat. If you start to go on a calorie based guideline you need to first access how much calories you currently consume. If you're inactive and morbidly obese, and you go from 4000 calories a day to 2000 your body is going to go into starvation mode. That's either where either a few things start happening. First
your body stores the body fat and then it starts eating away muscle tissue. The goal is to burn eat 500 LESS than normally consume and bring it down gradually over a period of time. For example, if your eating 4000 day and then drop it down to calories for 11 to 20 days, and so forth until you get to your set calorie and maintain physical activity through out the rest of your life Once you get to the right level of calories for your your age , weight , and sex. Then it's just maintenance work from there and smooth sailing. Keep it right and keep it going.

So recap, 3500 lbs. equals 1 lb of body fat. You eat 3500 calories and day with no work out your going to gain 1lb. Goal is to eat 200-500 less than normally, Do the math u eat 500 less a day and balance it out with energy, you know working out. 500> less than your norm by day 5 that equals 3500cal/ 1lb of body fat loss.. Got it? Good. If you want to go out earlier and not be around for your , maybe set a foundation, for many generations, or least leave a legacy. You know what I am going to say is "Eat it, Eat it!!"

I WAS VIOLATED BY AN AVACADO TODAY

Okay seriously I went grocery shopping today and usually start in the fresh produce section after I had gotten my oranges. I moseyed on over to the tomatoes which happened to be by the avocados. This is where my story begins lol...

This older not to attracting to me type of guy (love sexy older guys nothing wrong with that) was checking out avocados and out loud started to mumble then some how incorporated his mumbling to me saying feel this. Does this feel ripe to you? You know me I am bit ditzy at times and gave him my logical answer because I space it that I getting picked up on. LOL... haa hhaa> So my answer was I am like No, it's hard said unless your not going to use it right away said then it will ripen in few days. Then of course the next sentence is when I realize he is trying to pick up on me, with an avacado..lol The next thing this man says Yeah I should give you my number than gives me his business card lol,, walks off then comes back and says by the way you look like you have Nice Avocados., and totally disappears from shopping LOL I am not sure how far out the way he went to do that but it was out of his way.

That was so gay,,lol,, and I felt so violated at the same time lol.. Seriously you guys ask your self this. Have you ever been in a grocery store and have a female say by the way it looks like you have a nice cucumber lol. haa haa haa Had she been hot and banging mostly would love for that to happen every time we step into the produce section. Lol. Since he was gross it was totally violating. I had hard time selecting my avocados without thinking of his nasty ass and that's how Gia was violated by an avocado.

It was flattering and offensive at the same times lol,, Female sensitivity I mean it's like insult to injury.I tell ya. I mean where not talking apples and grapes here. lol. Let's analyze the avocado in comparison to my boobs..If I had to compare my jugulars' to a fruit I think a large grapefruit would be more ideal.

.Then when I went to the check out line the cashier started general talk with me saying moving back to her home town which happens to be mine and since in the grocery store . I am like thats where I am from I miss the green chile and the food. Then she is like where moving next week they took the fridge today I have a bag of green chile I will give it to you. She is like whats your number? I am like no it's okay I have chile . I told her we get it from Hatch, NM. Then she tottally insisted so I gave her my number. Seriously , do you think I am going to take some little bag of green chile from some lady who was so adamant about driving to meet me . Yeah right... My life trips me out on the shit that happens to me when I do go out.. You should see what happens when I go out. LOL... YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

You are what you eat! I believe in affirmations they help me out. So when I go grocery shopping I just think you are what you eat. So its not hard for me to pass the junk food isles and it's easier for me to pick no fat over regular foods.



Okay so I am all about good attitude and trying to be creative while doing what I am doing. In hoping something good is going to come out of this. I'm really only trying to make it in one place in life, I have made some bad decisions on the way, but I just make it to heaven, okay. But while I am here though, I want to try to make my life last and last in good health.

Recently, if you haven't read all my crazy blogs, then you wouldn't know what is going on. I don't just blog about food I blog about my life and what Gia finds interesting.

Okay so when I first going on my health trips last year. I am not going to lie to you I didn't really know how to be creative in the kitchen. I just really didn't know what I was doing and to be completely honest with you lack of knowledge. I have a mean drive in me to learn and achieve what ever I set out to do. I have always been a competitor even since I was in 2nd grade. I remember competing with Tommy Torres and Michelle in the class room from eraser chaser to mathematics. LOL. What do I do for a living? I chase paper the almighty greenback dollar and it's all about numbers.. LOL Who would of known those childhood games would have taken me this far.


Well since I am a competitor I wasn't going to give up on what I was set to do a year ago. Due to lack of knowledge I start eating from all the food groups, but so dull and boring. That right there can make somebody weak minded give up. At first I was doing it all wrong. I didn't know what was considered an "EQUIVALENT OUNCE", what should you choose over the other, and had no clue how to make veggies taste good. I mean at first I remember I was just eating carrots raw, then the next day my selection was pickles , and third day I am eating broccoli. Okay somewhat variety, but eating like that would made the normal person quit and go back to their bad habit, cancer causing, valve clogging, belly building food.

So a year later still striving to learn more, I have come a long way.

1800 calorie Bracket Today this what I ate and you eat a lot seriously and I managed to stay under the 1800 mark. I used one teaspoon of added olive oil throughout the whole day. Majority of the carbs and fats are good ones.


Breakfast my favorite part of the day!



Purple Protein Drink today I added some baby carrots

* 6oz No Fat Yogurt
* 2oz Skim Milk
* 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
* 2 oz Mixed Frozen Fruit Black & Red Raspberries, Blue Berries
* 1oz Baby Carrots
* 3oz Ice

I used a hand held blender to blend all together.





6oz Coffee with half & half and sweet'n low





Water, Water, Water



.75c Cheerios and ½ cup of Skim Milk





Snack


1.5c Grapes and Oranges



Lunch

Whole Grain Wheat Turkey/Ham & cheese sandwich

Bean Sprout Salad



2 Slice whole wheat bread, teaspoon of mustard, no fat cheese, onions, peppercini, and avocados



Bean sprout salad this recipe makes enough for 2-3 servings



* 2 cups bean sprouts
* 1/2 cup diced red onion
* 3/4 cup chopped, seeded cucumber
* 3/4 cup diced tomatoes
* 2 teaspoons lime juice
* sea salt, to taste
* freshly ground black pepper




Dinner

Water, Water, and more Water

Sherried Chicken and Rice

I only had 1 cup of the rice and 3 oz of chicken

1 c. uncooked rice (not instant style, I used whole grain rice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I also used the 98% fat free cream of mushroom)
1/2 c. water
4 split chicken breasts, skinned
1/2 c. cooking sherry



Arrange raw rice in casserole. Place chicken breasts on top. Combine soup, sherry, water; pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.







That is a lot of food and stayed under my mark. Well I hope you enjoyed this part of my blog today. If I left anything or didn't make sense sorry, I have a tendency to do that..lol..
