Calories and Fat Pounds and Have plenty of sexercise


Okay this is all for the greater good of our sex lives.

Well what I have learned and want to pass on to you'll is that its important that if you chose to follow a calorie based guide line that you educate yourself as much as you can. I can try to motivate you & lead you to the right direction but you have to do the rest.

Currently for me I am concerned that I stay at my 1800 calorie plan and I try to be as natural as possible over processed foods, for its what's in those natural foods like veggies and fruits that has nutrients and antioxidants that help fight cancer causing diseases. Why not, I mean what do you have to lose? Just your life with guarantee with an earlier out, that's all. I have an inside joke. Since some of my friends clown on me because I really do try to commit to excellence & they will offer some of what ever they are eating to me.

The other day walked up to my friend and she said you want some Long Johns. I love Sea Food but not like that. I am just no that's like a heart attack on a plate. Fried fish and chicken, fried hush puppies, French fries, and then coleslaw. Thank God they don't fry that too. So I easily I passed her offer. So she tells me your so anal, said I know. So no go ahead with your heart clogging meal she is like I will I said I know, lol. So me being funny, She's laughing her ass off I am like go a head "Eat it, Eat it!!" So you now anytime I am out and about with my friends and they are jamming crap like that down their throat. I am going to tell you in a jokingly way "Eat it, Eat it!"

Okay 3500 calories is equivalent to 1lb of body fat. If you start to go on a calorie based guideline you need to first access how much calories you currently consume. If you're inactive and morbidly obese, and you go from 4000 calories a day to 2000 your body is going to go into starvation mode. That's either where either a few things start happening. First
your body stores the body fat and then it starts eating away muscle tissue. The goal is to burn eat 500 LESS than normally consume and bring it down gradually over a period of time. For example, if your eating 4000 day and then drop it down to calories for 11 to 20 days, and so forth until you get to your set calorie and maintain physical activity through out the rest of your life Once you get to the right level of calories for your your age , weight , and sex. Then it's just maintenance work from there and smooth sailing. Keep it right and keep it going.

So recap, 3500 lbs. equals 1 lb of body fat. You eat 3500 calories and day with no work out your going to gain 1lb. Goal is to eat 200-500 less than normally, Do the math u eat 500 less a day and balance it out with energy, you know working out. 500> less than your norm by day 5 that equals 3500cal/ 1lb of body fat loss.. Got it? Good. If you want to go out earlier and not be around for your , maybe set a foundation, for many generations, or least leave a legacy. You know what I am going to say is "Eat it, Eat it!!"

make note on the video the referenced to fat at 180 and look at the size of lard ass. lol.

I THINK I AM GOING TO HAVE TO DISAGREE WITH YOU ON CUTTING CALORIES, HOW DO YOU LOSE WEIGHT OR WHAT DO YOU EAT? BECAUSE YOUR NOT A SKINNY CAMPER DARLING,,I MUST SAY EVERYBODY IS ON A DIET, IT'S JUST SOME PEOPLES DIETS ARE NOT TO HEALTHY, AND THIS IS WHATS WORKING FOR ME AND I HAVEN'T YO-YO'D NOW I MUST SAY

I APPRECIATE YOUR CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM ABOUT NOT SPEAKING TO MUCH ON THE PROTEIN YOUR RIGHT. JUST LOOKING AT YOUR PICTURE WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU SEEN A NUTRITIONIST, FIRE?? I HAVE DROPPED 65LBS LAST YEAR AND 20THIS YEAR DO THE MAP AND KEPT AND STILL HAVE IT OFF AND STILL WORKING ON MY GOAL..

IN REALITY I ONLY CONSUME ABOUT 4OZ A MEAT A DAY INCULDING SOME MY PROTIEN SUPPLEMENTS,(SMOOTHY PROTEIN DRINK, FRESH FRUIT AND NON FAT YOGURT) AND STILL STAY IN MY CALORIE GOAL INCLUDING MY DISCRETIONARY CALIORES AS WELL. I agree fast food is the key factor in the plumping of America. I noticed a few years back that and work my best to make sure I follow the healthy alternative. I do chuckle about the weight loss miracle cure. Diet AND exercise are the only true way to get results. A Person has to commit to changing their life in order to stay healthy. It isn't easy when you consider all the unhealthy and easy alternatives. Im not perfect but I also havent had mcdonalds or the king in years..If i have to eat out I try eegies or subway like I said Im no guru but try to make healthier decisions...

Absolutely marvelous and intelligent discussion. You have truly done your research. My only addition to it would be metabolism. Sadly, some of us are too big and some of us are too thin. My whole life I have tried to gain weight...I'm physically fit from diet and exercise but will never gain mass. I've tried it all. Also, metabolism is effected by how many times a day you eat. Always, always eat three meals. Three small meals, not one or two medium to large meals.
