Unknown Faces... We sit and we type At unknown faces They come from all walks of life And many different places. We become friends With all but a few And sometimes, even fall-in-love With one or two. These friends with unknown faces... . Cheer us up when We feel down And change to smiles Our sullen frowns, Bring happiness In place of pain When we see Their name pop up again. They help us see the beauty In this world of ours, People, places, And all of Gods creations. So the next time Someone asks, "How can you sit all day, And perform no tasks?"
