I can’t help but laugh a little when I think about how certain circumstances have impacted me and molded me into the person I am today. Growing up as the (middle) daughter of a pastor and a marine was quite the combination!! My younger years consisted of moving on a regular basis, being forced to go on extensive camping trips, church, no dating (laugh), required reading, no TV, and writing recreational essays! Now, after years of freedom (well, since high school), I actually consider my sisters and parents to be my best friends, I love to camp, I go to church voluntarily, and ironically have a degree in Pre-Law -- not to mention I still move on a regular basis. I have been described by the people closest to me as gregarious, tenacious, independent, pensive, sometimes stubborn and loyal (often to a fault). I'm a visionary, but in general I am passionate about art, traveling, my relationships, people and different cultures, and experiencing new things. I love going to the beach, dining at new or favorite restaurants, traveling, going to sporting events (usually baseball or football games), cultural events or fairs, wine tasting, parties and dinners or just hanging out by myself or with friends.
