I have been told (and do agree!) that I am compassionate, caring, loyal, and loving. I am sometimes forgiving to a fault, but recognize that the only way to improve is to make a mistake in the first place. Once the mistake is recognized though, I firmly believe that people need to be held accountable for not making the same mistakes again.
