I am a native Houstonian who loves sports of most kinds especially football in the orange.
I am married and am not looking for any change in my marital status. However, my husband wishes to change our status. We are in that terrible stage of trying to do so with as little pain as possible.
The following was a part of my original profile to explain our association with this site.
I feel that I am like most women and most men, if they were really honest, in that I prefer a monogamous relationship; however, my husband has been honest in his need to have more than just little old me in his bedroom. I believe the term he uses is that he is poly amorous. Therefore, since I do not wish to use our marriage as a tool of control, I gave him "permission" to seek out a mistress. The understanding from the start was that he be upfront and honest with all of his intended affairs. I was to meet the mistress so that she would know that I was aware of the relationship and so that she would know that our marriage was the most important relationship. He has promised me that what time he spends with his "mistress" will be matched with quality time with me. My husband was also honest in stating that he did not want to have just any old sex, that if he could not have a "conversation" with the individual that he would not be interested in having sex. At this time, I do not wish a physical relationship with anyone other than my husband. That being said I participate in this site for blogging and the sharing thoughts with others about just about anything. I would not be opposed to meeting for coffee, lunch or dinner and as the old saying goes, see what develops.
Know that this site did not end my marriage, but I do not feel that it helped. Speaking to the marrieds and couples out there who know something is wrong with their relationship and are hoping this site will find solutions, it is my feelings that you should stop and think before jumping into this world. When times are tough and you can not discuss and find solutions with your mate, you need to seek couples therapy. You need to do this before it is too late. Before too much has been said and done.
That being said ....
I breed miniature and toy Australian Shepherds, love photography, and crave intelligent conversation. I have been known to speak to issues I do not agree, just to get people thinking. I am mostly conservative with some very liberal ideas.
Though I find the male anatomy most stimulating, I prefer the unknown, as an ICU nurse of 20 years, I have seen just about everything, done just about everything imaginable to those private parts, so seeing them is really not necessary. I know where they are and am quite skilled in handling them.
If you are looking for Barbie or her little sister, you are not man enough for me, so in advance I wish you happy maturing. If you are looking for someone with whom you can be the real you, I would love to be friends. I also ask for the ladies out there to give me a supporting nod for right now I feel very vulnerable. You will find me in the blog rooms. I have found them to be comforting and it is a place to vent.
