Well, trust me to fuck up royaly! I only came back to the site in January after being away for a couple of months.
I have found that if anything can go wrong..It WILL in HEAPS!
At the beginning of December, we had our 1st snow fall that ground the country to a standstill...And I had mine!! I had to go out in it, although I didn't want to. So, on the 2nd of December, I got on my winter clothes..scarf, gloves + woolly hat + trotted off to get the day over with..I got about 15 yards from my flat, went to turn the corner, + yes, u guessed it..my feet went one way + I went the other! I landed on my side + the pain was instant! 
How I hobbled home again, I'll never know..The thing that really pissed me off, (apart from the obvious) was the fact that I fell in front of a guy who just got into his nice warm van, about 6-7 feet away. No-one else around...He watched me take about a minute + a half to roll onto my back, a further 5-6 minutes to roll over onto my knees + pull myself up a bush...And then he drove off!!!  If I ever see him again, he'd better run coz I'm pretty handy with my crutches now...lol 
I didn't go to the hospital that day as I thought I'd be ok, but come 5.30am, I had no choice but to phone for an ambulance, which took nearly 3 hours to get to me coz of the snow. Umteen x-rays + a cat-scan later, they told me that I was to go for surgery on the Saturday morning. I had managed to shear off the inner ball of my hip joint off my femur + ended up with 3 screws to hold it together.. The worst part is the muscle damage from the operation in my leg, but I'm healing + only use one crutch to walk outside now. 
I got home from the hospital on the 9th December + my flat was freezing. I'm on the ground floor (thankfully) + my heating had been off for about a week. My electric had run out too, so there was water all over the floor in the kitchen from the de-frosted freezer, so hardly any food in! The hospital were aware of my plight + that I didn't have anyone that could help close by, so they sent me home with a pint of milk + a loaf of bread...Bless them.. lol Seeing me do my shopping on the bus with 2 crutches + a back-pack to Tesco's must have been hilarious..NOT! I was going to go away for xmas this year, + like the last year..Another xmas bit the dust!! 
Thank u to all those kind people who have sent good wishes + asked how I am + a few, (u know who u are!) who have offered help..U are all stars!!

1 - The patient refused autopsy!
2 - The patient has no previous history of suicides!
3 - Patient has left white blood cells at another hospital!
4 - She has no rigors or shaking chills, but her husband states she was very hot in bed last night!

A Story Of Weirdness!!!

Have you ever thought about why we are all here? I don't mean on Passion. I mean in general..I have + it's becoming more + more confusing as I can't seem to pinpoint any reason for it at all..
We go through our daily lives like sheep, some of us going places + others, like me, just getting nowhere fast. For every step forward, I seem to take about 3 backwards. There must be a reason for it but I'll be damned if I can find one..Maybe that's the problem, paying for something that unbeknown to us we did in a past life somewhere...It would explain a lot..If you will allow yourself to open up your minds to that concept..
My life seems to be spun together with extremely strange occurrances, + every day gets more + more weird. Not all good + not all bad..just weird.
One example is when I was living in my last home about 1990, I was living with a guy + his mum was an ex nurse. She was a big robust woman who wasn't shaken by anything until one night she came knocking on our door in a right state at about midnight. It was at the time when there was an ambulance strike on. She was just coming out of her friend's house after collecting some catalogue money from her + there was a woman swaying in front of her. She thought at the time that she didn't look well + then she collaped in front of her on the pavement.
She got straight on the phone + dialed 999 + waited with the woman till help arrived. When help did arrive it came in the form of a police car. They manhandled the woman into the back of the car to take her to hospital + told my ex's mum that she was well known to them + that she was not to worry + thanked her for her help. Obviously being an ex nurse, she was going to worry. She phoned the hospital but they wouldn't give her any other info apart from the fact that she was coming round + that she had collapsed with too much drink + drugs!
I had no phone at this point. When a few of my friends came round, I knew they were from her area, so I mentioned the incident to them. They told me that she was trouble + she had a bad reputation for using drugs around where they lived.
About a year + a half went by, + I was by this time on the phone.
I was just finishing off in the bathroom + the phone rang at about midnight. I thought that I had better answer it as it may be an emergency! When I picked up the phone, it was the hospital looking for someone else, when I told them they must have the wrong number, they asked me if I knew, yes you guessed it, the woman from 1990. I told them no, I didn't know her but let me guess..Has she collapsed through drink + drugs again? 'So you do know her.' the nurse on the other end of the phone said..Well, she didn't believe me that I didn't know her + nor would I really. I asked how they got my number + the nurse said that she was delirious + reeled off my number looking for her friend to pick her up from the hospital...Needless to say, I had to sit down after that as I couldn't believe that I had just had that conversation!
About 3 weeks ago, I got an email out of the blue from a woman of the same name + area..Just another of those random emails that I'm sure we all get, but that is the 3rd time this same woman has crossed my path...!!
I just thought that I would share this true story of weirdness, just one of many that seems to keep happening to me..
