If you have submitted an entry to The Sweetest Bling Contest, it is now time to set your Bling to public so that everyone can take it!
To set your Bling to public:
1. Click on the "Get Bling" link on the home page, in the right hand column.
2. Click on the "edit" link under the Bling you submitted for the contest.
3. From the "Who can take" drop-down menu, select "Everyone".
4. Click on the "Update" button.

We at Passion want to give you the chance to show off your artistic side with our new "Sweetest Bling" contest!
Bling are cool new icons you can use to express yourself on Passion. You can use them in group, magazine and blog posts, as well as "gift" them to others and "take" them when viewing other member's profiles. They're not only fun, but they're also a great way to get noticed! Creating Bling is easy! Just go to the "Get Bling" page and use the Bling Editor to create your own graphics with the tools provided.
For this contest, come up with the phattest, most eye-catching Bling that other members will want to take and use. The top 10 members with the most takes on their Bling get a chance to win a Gold membership!
Use the Bling Editor to create your own unique Bling, then submit it as a comment to this post using the ID number located underneath the Bling. (Example: ) During the "creative" portion of the contest, your Bling must be set to private so only you can take it. Once the "creative" period has ended, you will need to set your Bling to public so it can be taken by other members.
All entries must adhere to the Terms of Use.
The deadline to enter your Bling creation is Friday, March 30, at noon Pacific Time. At that time, you will need to set your Bling to allow others to take it. The "taking" period ends Friday, April 6, at noon Pacific Time.
We'll then hold a poll of the top 10 Bling with the most takes, and everyone will be able to vote on the Sweetest Bling!
Winners will be announced Friday, April 13, by the end of the day.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Design your new Bling! (It must be created specifically for this contest in order to qualify.)
2. Set your Bling to private so no one can take it.
3. Submit your entry as follows before the creative deadline:

Rules:
1. Using clues found in the St Patrick39s Day Treasure Hunt Contest post, you will search the Passion blogs to locate as many of the specified photos as you can. Every photo is chosen from a specific post in a specific blog; the correct photos MUST correspond to the given clue(s). If one of the contest photos is located on your blog, you have a head start on the competition!
2. All contest photos were posted prior to March 7, 2007. Members attempting to cheat by modifying existing posts in their blog will be disqualified. In the event a blog owner removes or modifies a contest photo, it will no longer count towards the final tally.
4. Do NOT post any Treasure Hunt results or locations in any public area of this site.
5. One entry per person. You may submit multiple full entries as new contest photos are found, but only your most recent submission will count as your official entry. Final deadline for entries is 11:59 P.M. on March 19, 2007.
6. Entries should be emailed to Passion. Each entry must include the following information:
-your handle
-the photo titles
-the handles of the members who posted the contest photos
-the titles of the specific posts where the photos are displayed
7. Entries should include your full and complete list of found contest photos. DO NOT send a separate email for each contest photo or group of photos you find. Such entries will NOT add to your total score, they will REPLACE it.
8. The winners shall be determined as the members who submit the largest number of correct contest photos before the deadline. In the event of a tie, the member whose submission was received first wins.
10. Members who win Gold upgrade prizes may elect to take a premium site feature (Standard Contacts, Highlights, Private Chat rooms, etc.) instead; the feature duration will be equal to the duration of the original prize won. No other substitutions are allowed.
11. All rules and prizes are subject to change without notice. Winners will be determined at the sole discretion of Various Inc., and all results are final. Winners will be notified by email, and agree to allow Passion to announce the results in public forums and/or emailed announcements. By submitting an entry, you agree to all these terms.
