"So, what are you into?" - Hell I don't know.. It changes day to day, hour to hour. Everything and nothing and everything in between. Some days I'm not even horny (GASP). Shocking I know.

A single woman and the Megaplex...

Yea yea I'm sure yall have heard of it. The Megaplex out Hwy 35 going towards Aransas Pass. Some have asked me so now I'm gonna tell but only from my perspective of being a single lady (although I've met up with some people there). Curiosity got the best of me so I have been there mostly during the day, twice in the evening (simply cuz it was easier for me to get away during the day). It costs 10 bucks per person or per couple. It's a dark room with five couches and two tv screens showing porn. At the most I've seen three couples there at a time (once only), a few times I saw one couple there, I have never seen a single woman there except for myself. It may happen, I can't be the only freaky girl out there. The majority of the customers are single men, many bi, some gay, some straight or bi curious from what I could tell. So generally speaking I walk in and there is anywhere from two to six guys sitting around. Most are jacking off while trying not to be obvious about it, some are openly jacking off while either watching the tv screens or while watching another guy enjoy himself. What do I get out of this? Well..hehe..I stand in the back and play nonchalant. It is erotic and scary at the same time being the only female in a room full of horny men. It is funny the way I get the side glances knowing that they are wondering if I'm there to play, if I'm there to meet someone, or if I'm there just to watch. I'll move from the wall to a couch and back again, so everyone knows a female is in the room. Some guys come up and ask me if I'm there to meet someone (I usually say yes). So.. i've thought about operating my own sex club ... no that's not right.. my own private membership for consenting adults club where you leave inhibitions at the door so that like minded adults may get together and mingle as they wish club... for several years now (like 10 years.. seriously). When I lived in Austin, there were three swingers clubs that I went to. Friends (off premise), Foxies (on premise), and Anchovies (supposedly off premise but they were kinda lax on that). I liked the strictness of membership at Friends, and people would travel from Houston and San Antonio to go there, even though it was off premise and even though Houston and San Antonio had their own swingers clubs. It was open every weekend (Fri and Sat) and was usually quite packed. Foxies was alot more lax in regards to it's members (just sign a piece of paper, show an ID and your in) and there were different rooms (Friends was like a night club with a dance floor and sitting areas). There was a lounge with tables for two in the main room, in the back there were conference like tables set up where groups sat together with porn on the tv and a stripper pole. There was a dungeon room with an adult swing. There was a group room with four beds. And there were two smaller rooms with couches and tv's. Single men were allowed in on Thursday evenings, Fri and Sat was couples and single ladies nights. During non club hours the place was a jack-shack with nude modeling. Anchovies moved around a few times to different buildings so their set up would be hard to describe, it was also kinda cliqueish but I only went there twice I think. So here I am in CC and what do we have? Strip Clubs and a few video stores. Oh and the megaplexx which is fun for those nights I either just want to watch or I'm meeting someone out there. There is Maxi's, I don't know how many people here go there but I've heard good things and bad things. It's out in Robstown. Thats it as far as I know. No massage parlours, no nude modeling, no peep shows, no swingers clubs, no adult lounges. Wow, that's repressive.
So the point is, I've done research on what not to do when opening a place for consenting adults. Don't do it in a neighborhood for gods sake. People may bitch about cops messing with adults who are just wanting a little something something but the police HAVE to respond to citizen complaints. It's how the Cherry Pit got busted, it's how the massage places in strip malls get busted, neighbors complain. It's why craigs list cracked down on their adult ads, people complained. What do you do? Get out of neighborhoods. Go out to the country. I'm sorry if it's an inconvenience but come on... it's better than the cops busting in cuz nosy Ms. Smith saw a lady leave with a too short skirt and high heels. In the country, on a couple of acres, set back from the road with parking in the rear and no neon signs advertising whats what.
Do not be open to the public. Couple of reasons there. One, I would want to be selective and know that other guests are ok and not just anyone is allowed in (part of the problem I have with the Megaplexx). Two, is for legal reasons. There are different issues for private clubs as opposed to public clubs. Have it BYOB so that TABC won't have to get involved. Do it right with card carrying members, applications, etc. Basically more for cover your ass reasons more than anything else. Charge some type of membership fee, perhaps a door fee also to cover overhead (the place, utilities, drink setups, etc.). Do your taxes! Don't be greedy!
My idea was to have a private house on private property in the country away from neighbors. You don't see the megaplexx in the news since it got going. Why? No neighbors to bitch about it and they are up and up with their business license and the law.
So... what do you think? Would it be possible in this area to do?
