Stalkers

I'm curious to know the best way to stop someone on IM from sending me messages. I have asked but she wont relent. I went so far as to hit the block button but I have had others in the past fine a way around the block ....

Suggestions?

 Once I have blocked them they go away. Go into Our account. Make sure all the boxes are checked. The hit save at the bottom. If you don't they will only be p[partially blocked.

 i know this is easier said then done but,just ignore her ans maybe she will get the hint.an answer only fuels her attempts to get to you....or just keep blocking them.however a new account will bring them back..we do have to deal with alot of disrespectful people and idiots on these site..its what makes it so hard for the serious one out there,,
