If you receive a message from someone. Why do people take the time to view your profile, but they do not have the common courtesy of saying thanks but no thanks, or an I will think about it. If there is a photo attached to the original email you know if you are interested or not. So if you are not interested why view the profile.

 That is my whole point, yes viewing someone does not oblige you to email them. But when you do email someone and they view your profile, but do not have the common courtesy of saying not thanks but thanks for the mail anyway
