Had opportunity to fill out an Passion survey.
Certainly hasn't made IM work any better ... hitting send and then waiting to see if it goes sucks!

 Yeah, I filled out their survey, too............ I only wish they'd STOP sending me it again to fill out since I've already did it ONCE ALREADY! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I think THEY have some "glitches" to deal with in just knowing who filled out the survey already, Christ........enough is enough .
