Do Your Friends Know?




I am on this site to blog because of the freedom I feel to say ANYTHING without having to worry about what people will think or how it may effect my life. Certainly I have friends IRL with whom I can discuss anything and everything, but they are few in numbers and not geographically close to me. These blogs, however, offer me the opportunity to get stuff out of my head when I need to get it out, with the added bonus of receiving comments from all of you - unbiased and (hopefully) honest opinions. Believe it or not, I value your thoughts and opinions as they help me see things in a different light - they help open my mind to possibilities that may never have occurred to me. Thank you for that.

As of this moment, however, nobody from my real life knows that I blog at all, let along on this site. This blog is my private "guilty pleasure" for now. Perhaps someday I will share this with those who know me, but for now it's all mine.

Do any of your real life friends know that you are on this (or any other similar) site? Do you guys and gals out there trade tips, tricks, and stories about your online life and adventures? Or do you keep your online activities private?

 I don't think anyone knows. I don't think they'd care... I'm not even sure people on Passion know I'm here... (Not entirely true, but still...)

 my friends know, my family knows, i dont discuss my personal life at work, i could careless if they saw me on here, but i wont bring it up its inappropriate..i have taken friends on Passion meets in the past...i have never been one to care what people think

That's awesome, nd2hvfun!

I don't think my family would want to know (my family isn't the closest). Many of my friends are people I met through work, and unfortunately it's one BIG gossip mill. Seriously. To the extreme. I'm positive my job would be effected if anyone knew about this and it is possible I would be fired. It's for that reason I don't share.

None of my real life friends know, nor does my family. I take some precautions in an attempt to ensure they don't find out.

 I don't blog, but due to factors in my real life, I'm here about 50/50 for social interaction with people (I'm fairly active in the Ohio Chat room) and looking for one or two good FWB type relationships.

Most people in my vanilla life don't know I'm here. My wife does as we don't hide things from one another. I've met a number of people in the aforementioned chat room in real life at various Meet & Greets (BTW, NYE M&G coming up in Middletown) and some I consider real friends so there are a few.

Work people don't know and I'm sure would take a very dim view of this lifestyle, of course, they don't know I'm transgender either so being on Passion is the least of my worries with them.

 I started blogging as an "interesting exercise." So far, it has been on and off, but generally, it has been interesting. That said, only a few (counted on one hand) like-minded inidividuals know me in real life and knows I am on here. I work in a very close profession (there is very few of us) and it is very conservative. Being on this site will raise eyebrows. As for my family, this is my space and time, so they don't know.
