HELP......

Now I need all of your help out there. Should I or should I now drive 800 km (one way) and joing a great party and have my dream fullfilled too??? This week I have been nocked out by a real bad cold and fever. Today is the first day I dont have feber.
So HELP ME OUT!!!!!
