Philosophy of Sex

How important do you guys think sex is in our stressful and tumultuous world? specifically, is it a neccesary aspect to the "Adult" life, or is it just an action? Could you live without sex?

 I believe sex bring us a bit closer, helps to create a stronger bond to each other ,sex helps us to release stress, feel pleasure feel closer to each other even if for a moment sex can be carnal or loving depending on what we are looking for. A hook-up would be carnal to get release with a partner a way to stay close to each other and bond.
