Homemade Cheesecake
Yes, I can bake too...

This was my first attempt at cheesecake. Oh the horror stories I heard.

Yet, look at that piece of pie. I used ginger snaps for the crust instead of graham crackers.

Most of it is frozen now as I just can not eat all of it at once!

 Looks Delicious...love cheese cake. I made a pumpkin cheesecake once that was really gooooood, I surprised myself.
