You should ask for a little bit of cheese and a few crackers to go with the whine.

Just keep a glass of water near the bed and crawl under the covers and try to get some rest. And what ever you do, don't listen to the news. Find a nice music radio station and let yourself fall asleep tonight. Tomorrow will be a new day.
