I've always looked for the "real thing", which has gotten me just as much pain as anything else....boo hoo, huh? Looking back I have to say that the times when a woman who was my best friend was also my Fuck Buddy (2x), were the times when I really thought I was getting close to figuring out what it was all about - but they weren't actually "The One" - so the search continues... They were "AlmostAKeeper" in their own ways. I guess that's what made me want to read.

This one was a little hard for me. A couple years agoI would have gone with the commited option. Divorce changes things and maybe because it is still recent and fresh in my existance, all I want is to get to the trust point. Cuddles are great but only temporarily satisfying. I don't know if I will ever commit again but I would hate to believe that I have become so jaded as to think there is nobody out there to trust.

I agree that it depends. I think its best with all strings attached when MAKING LOVE but when you are having SEX then I'd have to say that its best with multible partners as in two women and me. I say this because aside from the fact that I enjoy two women around me I also enjoy very much watching two women play.

jesus a christ... Do you work for one of those polling companies? You know, there is really only one right answer to your survey here... ie; "It depends..." ( you are thinking now... 'ah ha ! he is a lawyer! ' lol ) No, really... if you are merely speaking of sex then it is a ' depends' type answer... If you speak of making love... then it has to be from the relationship one on down the list... My humble opinion

Most of my best sex romps were with females I didn't have an exclusive relationship with.

All strings sex is by far the best. Usually/hopefully the couple has discussed, or at least experienced, what the other likes and what turns their partner on. Hopefully then the sex becomes 'sharing with' rather than 'doing to'.

In my stage of life, I've become pretty set in my ways. I've been on my own for so long that I'm not sure I want to be in a relationship. I would like to find one or more friends that would have the same outlook and feelings that I have. Friends with benefits. Someone I sit down with and have a nice meal, share a bottle of wine, some great conversation and have some great sex. Someone that I wouldn't mind going away with for a little holiday time or weekend and share some romance. I'm not sure I ever want to be in a relationship again where I feel committed.

I voted for relationship sex (trust and emotions). I prefer to like and have compatibility with a woman. Although the same can be said for FWBs, I stayed within the confines of your definitions.
