The real thing to bear in mind being with a single mother is the kid/kids. If it's just sex, it's fine as long as it's not where the kids will be exposed to anything, so go to your place or a hotel/motel. But if you're considering a LTR, you need to go slow and get to know everybody involved before spending time in her bed.

Once I met a single mom and had sex several times. If it's only sex there is no problem. I never met her daughter. The thing to ta care about is if you want something more with her you have to be careful not to screw up mom/kid relation.
