Summer rain!

Summer rain!

The weather over here, has gone a little balmy.
After the unusual amount of snow, we had over the Winter, we are now having very hot unseasonal weather, for this time of year.
The mini heat wave, we have had for the last month or so, would not have been out of place sometime around July/August, not April/May.
I mean, we are having forest fires, in quite a few places around the country, because the ground is so parched.
We don't have forest fires here, usually because it's been pissing down for the whole of April.
But nothing can take away the wonderful smell you get, after the sun has baked the ground solid, when the heavens open up for the first time to quench the Earth with rain, after a dry spell.
I'm sitting here now & it has been raining for just over an hour, but the smell is still all around.
It's as thou the Earth is breathing a sigh of relief, at it takes it's first drink!
According to the weather forecast for later today, we are in-line for a thunder storm or two.
I love lightening, but what the guessing that they will happen while I am asleep, not while I'm back at work later tonight, when it's dark & the best time to watch them?
I have always had this fantasy, of finding an open field, with a very large oak tree in it & making love to someone under it, in the middle of a summer down pour, with thunder & lightening all around.
Yes, I know, this maybe a tad dangerous.
But I think it's the overall excitement, that I would get, from the danger of being struck by lightening, that would heighten my pleasure, whilst in the act.
But alas, I have yet to try it.
Any takers?

Now how did I know that you were going to say that?
It is one of my most favourite smells in the world.
That along with freshly baked bread, bacon frying, fried onions & a good quality coffee brewing.

So where were you living to watch the lightening over the coast of France?
I have always wanted to watch a storm out at sea, but it has never happened when I have been down the coast.
I love beaches, any time of the year.
I have even been known to go paddling, when there has been snow covering the sand.
It's a great way of forgetting your woes.
The school is no longer there, it is now the 2nd largest Tescos in England.
But it has moved to Ascot.
So it is still about, just in a different place.

I do hope that the rain didn't dampen your hard on. (Pardon the pun, but couldn't resist it!)

Hell yeah! All of those smells too
Damn, just found out the day before yesterday that the Terminal 3 contractors' canteen porta-cabin is to close on the 27th Best egg & bacon rolls etc on the airport! The building at T3 must be finished then?!!! It's a bit too far to go to T1 contractors' canteen from T5 whilst risking getting a call for a job while on the road! So another era over
What would placate that though is making love under that oak tree in a thunderstorm hehe.

Thought you would have noticed by now, that they don't like anyone having fun or enjoying themselves at the airport?
It's nice to know, that making love to me under an oak, in a thunderstorm, would help you in you sadness, of loosing your egg & bacon butty of a morning!

I've always wanted to find out, if the reality, is as good as the idea?
But usually, when I have mentioned it to men in the past, they have usually said pass!
They just have no sense of adventure!

Dangerous but sexy. I found the phrase "heighten my pleasure" turned me on a little bit.

Ah ha! I share the making love in torrential rain fantasy to; there's something incredibly almost primeval about it.
In fact, it's decidedly odd that I haven't implemented the fantasy into reality by now considering just how much rain we get here every year lol

Hey, come and view my blog: mygentlecaress It's complete crap but come on over anyway

We may get the rain, but a good thunderstorm here, are few & far between.
I need the full package of the storm, field & oak tree, for it to work for me!

I thought so, but I still haven't had many takers to try it out with me.
I hate you really.
I really would love to witness a storm out to sea & I bet the lack of any street lights anywhere near Chesil beach, made it all the more wonderful to watch?

Since when have the men on this site, ever been shy?
You know I love you really, don't you?
I have been to Weymouth & Chesil beach, many times.
Love the sand sculptures on the beach.
Do they still do them?
I have also gone squid fishing off of the pier.
