Did a drive by ... Found this cute little place on an acre of land, not really in a residential area but easy to get to off of 35. It looks like the lots are each at least an acre so it's not like a "neighborhood". There doesn't seem to be many if at all restrictions, there are mobile homes, campers, houses, and even a small business on that road. Pro's - You CANNOT see the house from the road. I drove by twice from each direction and although I could see cars in the driveway and maybe a corner of the roof, I could not actually see the house. Also, the front part (that faces the road) is fenced. I can't tell if the fence goes all the way around the property or not. There is a driveway gate. Con's - I have to contact the real estate agent to actually get a good look at it and see if it's worth the 60k that they are asking. It may need repairs but I bet there are some guys here who are handy with a hammer, plumbing, or electricity. Also, it may be too far. We can find out if you want to take the poll I posted. Here is the MLS# to find the place on the internet: one one zero six five one. So whatcha think? Financing will be another thing to figure out but we do have some creative types on here LOL. The fact that it can't be seen from the road could actually go either way. If you can't see it, neither can the police and burglars and other criminal types know this!

ohmygosh... the house across the street from the above one would be even more perfect and it's for sale (at 3x the cost lol) It's a better built house though on 5 acres with a winding driveway and you can't even see the cars from the gated driveway. Aaah plan for the future! hehe

It sounds interesting. I don't know if we would have enough people interested in purchasing a site.But if the decision is made to purchase I can assist with many of the repairs. consider it sweat equity. Let me know what you decide.

Thanks you guys for the positive input... Let's see... 60 people at a thousand buck each... or 120 people at 500 each... or 240 people at 250 each.... LMAO How many members we have here? It may end up being a pipe dream but it's a dream nonetheless and success starts with a dream....
