Deal breakers! Minor rant time. I am constantly bombarded by all the things that the ladies don't like about the email approaches that are sent to them. Well, here is part one of two on MY perspective on this world of A and an F and an F. When I go to a profile and see no picture. It says, I am not really serious enough about this site to post a picture. I know, I know, I'm to famous, I'm a big ass business tycoon, people might recognize me. Ok, what ever. There are so many ways to take a picture of yourself. Be creative!! I even have come to like the little black masks people draw over parts of their face. Even the simplest picture says something about you. Next, Prefer Not To Say! Ok, your bi, or gay, or married, or whatever. Again, pick one. Because you know that we will just figure the worse choice!! Profile, first paragraph. Tell us at least a little about you. Don't you fill the space with gibberish! Or I Don't Know What To Write! Well, go think up something! We all have! If you put, "I am here just to fuck." Don't come all crying that that is all the email you receive. Sorry. I have just run into so many of these that I just wanted to take a stand. Ramblings of Mav  |

I tried to be honest and descriptive on my profile, but for some reason, no one winked when I noted I wanted my car tuned-up, the gutters cleared, a loaf of bread from the store and the bathroom repainted.

I dont know why....but it struck me funny that you don't have a picture and neither does the first two commentors! My hubby had a very bad experience when someone recognized him by his picture here even with the face blurred!

HMNN! Funny thing my profile was about to get a pic this morning!! And sumthin will turn up soon. But as far as the pic?? I'll exchange a pic when I meet a new net friend or when I'm trying to meet someone. And that seems fair enough? I have a prefer not to say on mine and it was not cause I put it there!! It may have been set straight now. I haven't checked. And as for the profiles first paragraph. WHAT'S WRONG WITH GIBBERISH???? LOL!!!

I HATE when someone puts prefer not to say for their orientation and/or marital status, because to me those are 2 non-negotiable facts!

I'll stick my neck out here.... I don't post a photo because I wish to remain discreet, and you never know who is on this website.. Even if your "significant other" NEVER ventures into the computer, they have friends... and, there have been cases where I have actually seen people I know on Passion. However, I DO add the note in any emails that I have a pic (face) that is available if I get an email or a response showing true interest...

Hey, Mav.... I need an opinion.. I sent an email to a female ...... and, as I said, I added the note stating that I could send a face pic if she was interested...... OK... so, I get a response saying that she does not answer emails without photos.... however, HER profile does NOT have a photo.... things that make ya go "hmmmmmmmmmm"?

That's like my 'stay at home husband' idea. I think that will go to the trash soon. 
, I would think if you would like to really reach her - you should be the man and request a picture from her, but provide one with the email to her. Here, this site, you will have to stick your neck out to get noticed. Become a member to create a blog
